So, I guess I'm waiting for my "peak" time as well. I'm not sure what that road will look like now. Perhaps it will be quite different than I had previously envisioned it. Time will tell. Does Mass have Therapeutic Staff Supports? That's what I do and it's fairly decent pay in a school setting where you provide behavioral modification one on one to kids.
