pale, pebbly, pristine

slick in her vice-grip,
beige, bristly, brand new
This perfect paper
and sturdy paintbrush
were waiting for a professional
Who was SHE
with her imprecision
and indecision?

SHE?
Like a welcoming pool
in a sweltering summer
