"I am what time, circumstance, history, have made of me, certainly, but I am also, much more than that. So are we all."
- James Baldwin
I remember this song too :o) So funny, they look like they're rehearsing in their lounge room :o)
I remember this one. Tapping my feet to the beat.
I do remember that one. Funny how it didn't seem as dark to me then as it does to me now~
OH! I never quite got these lyrics before! I do remember this one!
I love Yes! Used to listen to them all the time. I love the video, girlfriend. And it didn't seem so dark back then. Happy weekend. One more to go! :-)
Oh I LOVE these guys!Just found an Asia CD of my husband's. Gotta play that in the car ASAP.
Excellent song! And they were great in concert.
I know the song, but I never knew who sang it or what it was called. I'm not watching the whole video, though, you mentioned maggots!
It seems like MTV has stopped taking out a lot of the gross parts, judging from what they show now on that channel. (And yet I can't stop watching...)
I love Yes, but not that song. I'm a particular fan of the songs I've Seen All Good People and And You and I.
Oh I thought for sure you were gonna do the Fine Young Cannibals.
I remember Yes, a good band, I enjoyed that very much. Thank you.
I love that whole 90125 album. I had the tape and played it to death.
I liked that song. I couldn't watch the video though. Too gross. (Especially around dinner time.)
Oh yes, I remember that song. I hadn't heard it in a while :)
I love dark plots with hopeful endings. I remember this song.
Better Y choice than Yanni. I'll have to listen with my eyes closed if there is maggotry involved. Too big an EEEWWWWW factor for me.
Legendary song! Love it.I agree with Ruth. Whole 90215 album is great.
Yes are an excellent Prog Rock band. One of my favorite songs is, 'Your Move,' but that was well before the '80s. I believe it was released in 1971, actually.
Great song. It's been a while since I heard it.
Happy Saturday to you too! Thanks for the song.
I definitely remember this song. Yes had a very distinctive sound.
Amazing song, thanks Theresa! Hope you had a nice weekend!
I liked Yes back in the day; especially their edge. I was trying to remember other songs by them. Googling now...
For the longest time (and I do mean, for a VERY LONG TIME) I thought the song title was, "Owner of a Lonely Horse." And I was all, "How could they know it's lonely? What are they trying to saaaaaaay???":-DSome Dark Romantic
